Booking Details and Payment
To ensure a place on the course/programme of your choice, CEFL strongly recommends that you book early by completing the booking form and forwarding it with a cheque to cover total cost of
the course/programme you plan to attend. The booking form with payment should be posted to The Centre For Experiential Learning, Innovation Centre, The Wyt Huys, Kilmurry, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare and made payable to CFEL. Upon receipt of your booking, formal notification of course commencement dates will be sent toyouby e-mail, or by post. The Institute makes every effort to avoid altering course/programme commencement and conclusion dates. However, should any changes be necessary, you will be notified at the earliest possible convenience.

Refund Policy

All courses are run subject to demand and the formation of a viable cohort. In the case where an advertised programme/course does not proceed due to insufficient demand, or if the course is oversubscribed, fees will be returned to the applicant. A refund of fees, less an administrative charge of
€10, will be given to candidates who withdraw their application in writing, or email up to seven working days prior to the course commencement. Once a participant has enrolled on and commenced a programme, no part of any course fee is refundable or transferable.
Examination/Registration Fees (where applicable)
In instances where examinations are undertaken as part of a course/programme, the examination fee is additional to that noted in the course/programme. Examination fees are determined by external bodies and are therefore subject to change without prior notice. Registration with the relevant bodies can only be done on receipt of full examination fees.
